Volunteer Swap in England

St John Ambulance is the leading first aid charity in England and exists since 1887. Each year more than 800,000 people complete a first aid training course with St John Ambulance. Other activities include ambulance services, youth work, homeless projects, care and the provision of first aid at public events such as the London Marathon.

  • You will be covered by national health and accident insurance. Regarding travel insurance, please contact your national contact point.

The Event

The St John Ambulance Night Time Economy supports busy night times in the centre of some of the biggest cities in the UK, we deploy First Aiders, Paramedics, treatment centres, ambulances, cycle teams etc to try and reduce the number of people who go to the hospital. We work in collaboration with other local teams, including the ambulance service and the police, to protect people who are on a night out.
