On 15th January, a Board meeting led by our Chairman Christian Velten-Jameson took place in the European capital.
The day began with our Chairman reporting on the meeting of the Alliance of the Orders of St John held in Zurich in early October. Petra Grell-Kunzinger from Johanniter Austria was co-opted as a new Board member, replacing Dr Sarah Vecchione from S.O.G.IT Italy.
The organisation of the AGM 2025 in Malta was the next topic addressed, and the Board looks forward to physically meeting with JOIN delegates from 23rd to 25th May. St John Ambulance Cymru (Wales) will also attend the event as they applied to become JOIN member.
The latest activities taking place within the JOIN network were also discussed. Additionally, an update was provided on the implementation of the European TeamUP project.
